Our work consists of 4 steps. You decide how many steps you want to take with us.

Step 1

Development and simulation

You tell us the key parameters of your project, such as the weight, diameter, temperature load or maximum speed. Our engineers develop the piston, create 3D models and carry out FEM calculations based on this. This allows us to determine at an early stage whether the piston will withstand the subsequent loads and avoid unnecessary iteration loops.

Step 2

Prototype construction

We produce the first prototypes from the tested models within 4 weeks*. These can be tested on your test bench or in our test environment. This shows whether the weight, material behavior and thermal load capacity are suitable in practice.

Step 3

Series maturity and validation

After the successful prototype phase, we assist in the validation: from the engine test bench to sample production and road tests with pre-series vehicles. The piston is tested under real operating conditions to ensure maximum reliability and durability.

Step 4

Delivery and support

As soon as all tests have been passed, we can also take over series production on request. Thanks to our international network and locations worldwide, we deliver wherever you produce. At the same time, you always have a fixed contact person who knows and supports your project.

This means we are always close enough for a direct exchange and guarantee shorter supply chains than with conventional manufacturers.
